Amidst the bustling atmosphere of the annual Science Fair at Westchester Elementary School, pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade students proudly showcased their innovative and intriguing science projects. From colorful volcanoes erupting with baking soda and vinegar to complex Rube Goldberg machines designed to complete simple tasks in the most elaborate ways possible, each project reflected hours of dedicated research and creativity. Middle school students tackled more complex topics, such as renewable energy sources or environmental conservation efforts. Meanwhile, high schoolers delved deep into advanced scientific concepts, from genetics to physics, often collaborating with their teachers on groundbreaking experiments. The Science Fair was not only an opportunity for students to showcase their knowledge and skills, but also a chance to foster a lifelong love of learning and discovery.
